What happened:
Gift subscription was successfully redeemed on April 8, 2026. Worked for 2 days, then automatically canceled without any action from me. Account now shows Free plan.
What I tried:
- Resubscribe → system asks for £90, does not recognize gift entitlement
- Re-redeem gift code → shows "Gift already redeemed"
- Fin AI Agent support → loops indefinitely, explicitly stated it cannot escalate to human agents
Root cause (suspected): Stripe cancels gift subscriptions via $0.00 proration logic on 100% discount coupons, as documented in anthropics/claude-code#41499.
Please have someone manually restore the Max 5x entitlement to this account.
