[Battle for the Undercity - Horde] - Multiple issues with start until varimathas first RP

• Talk to Vol'jin and take The Battle for the Undercity [13267]
• Talk to Thrall and select I'm ready, Warchief, wait for hte RP
• Move up with Thrall and Sylvanas up the hill, see that no army came with you, there should be an army right behind them (and you).
• You see that some undead units are moving inside.
• You see that there's no typhoons / windsheers / hurricanes
• Wait for the RP when they go inside of Undercity's gate, and see that they slip ways, they both should take the same path (right).
• See that there's an army of under units infront of you, thall and sylvanas, it shouldn't.
• When Thrall engages in fight after the RP with Varimathras, Sylvanas will follow him, than go back outside, than go back inside and so on, she will not follow and/or assit the player or Thrall (in the way she would normally)

Current Behaviour

during the Horde version of the quest The Battle for the Undercity (https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=13267), Sylvanas entirely disappears after the opening sequence. i don't know if she died somehow or simply despawned, but i noticed she was missing after the courtyard, and she was not present whatsoever for the remainder of the quest, until the ending, where she randomly reappeared. it caused all of the subsequent dialogue to be incredibly disjointed. additionally, several other parts of the quest were very buggy (notably the elevator sequence and the fight between the Alliance and the Horde at the very end) though I am unsure if that is connected to the Sylvanas issue or not.

Expected Behaviour

Sylvanas should remain with Thrall for the duration of the quest and participate in the fighting and conversations.

Steps to reproduce the problem

i don't know how i'm supposed to come up with a way to reproduce this because the quest can only be done once per character and this is the only character that i've done the quest chain on
