[Noblegarden] Blushing Bride Achievement Not Completable

Current Behaviour

Fulfilling the requirements for Blushing Bride does not award the achievement.

Expected Behaviour

The achievement should be awarded.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Log in two characters
2. Equip one with the White Tuxedo Shirt and the Black Tuxedo Pants
3. Equip the other with the Elegant Dress
4. Have the Tuxedo-wearing character use /kiss on the Dress-wearing character

Extra Notes

While I am on the Playerbots fork, I attempted the achievement by multi-boxing so this is not a bot issue.

Huh, I am baffled. I just tried it again, with different characters, still doesn't work for me. Every other Noblegarden achievement has worked fine.

Yeah, those are the items I have equipped. Maybe related to some module, though I don't know what would impact something such as this.
