Update the Icons in the PatternFly design kit to align with the unified theme (icon set / library files, tokens, and branded icons as needed). Update Figma files, styles, documentation, and ensure unified visual consistency throughout.

**Favorite icon: **The pattern we use for favouriting uses a gold star icon when selected. This gold colour is close to a colour contrast issue so the team has decided to switch to using an unfilled star by default that transitions to a filled star icon. The new animation styling is still applicable with this update.
Default: Filled black star
Hover: No icon change button background colour changes
Click: Animating transition with short scale change and colour from black to gold.
