Title: Add Tamil language support

Current Behavior

Tamil is not available as a language option in the application. Users who prefer Tamil cannot use the interface in their native language.

Desired Behavior

Tamil should be added as a supported language so that users can select it and view the interface text in Tamil.

Implementation

• Add a new Tamil translation file (e.g., ta.json)
• Translate commonly used UI strings (e.g., Play, Stop, Save, Open)
• Register Tamil in the supported languages list
• Ensure language selection updates the UI correctly

Acceptance Tests

• Tamil appears in the language selection menu
• Selecting Tamil updates UI text accordingly
• No missing or broken UI elements after switching language
• Existing languages continue to work correctly

• Operating System: Windows
• Browser: Chrome
• Version of Software/Project: Latest (running locally)

Additional Information

This enhancement will improve accessibility and usability for Tamil-speaking users and expand the reach of the application.
