feat(icon): added broccoli icon

Closes #4094

This PR adds the broccoli icon to the food-beverage category. As one of the most universally recognized vegetables, it fills a gap in the current icon set which already includes carrot and leafy-green. The design follows a minimal approach with a rounded, bumpy crown sitting on a short tapered stem, perfectly aligning with Lucide's design guidelines. Metadata (broccoli.json) has also been added.

Icon use case

• Health and nutrition apps: Used for representing vegetable food groups, daily serving targets, and dietary tracking.
• Children's educational apps: Ideal for gamification systems in healthy eating modules and food recognition games (the canonical "eat your vegetables" representation).
• Recipe and meal-planning apps: Represents the cruciferous vegetable family in dietary planning and recipe categorization.
• Grocery and food delivery platforms: Useful for inventory categorization, shopping lists, and dietary filters (vegetarian/vegan sections).
