Updates the ES-DE (EmulationStation Desktop Edition) documentation to better explain the expected gamelist.xml structure and how RomM reads metadata and media assets.
Changes:
- Adds a concrete
gamelist.xmlexample snippet for ES-DE. - Documents which
gamelist.xmltext fields RomM reads. - Documents how media is mapped via XML tags and/or fallback folders.

Just a small update on the ES-DE documentation, as I struggled to understand precisely what RomM expects and had to look at the code to figure it out. I may still be missing of misunderstanding stuff. If so, please feel free to request any change, or edit yourself if you prefer.
